Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return & Refund Policy

At Kamsah, we take great pride in the quality and uniqueness of every piece we offer. We carefully curate each item to bring beauty and warmth into your home — but we understand that sometimes a piece needs to find a different home, or accent another cozy household. Our return policy is designed to make that as easy and fair as possible.


Return Window

You have 30 days to return eligible items:

  • Online orders: 30 days from the delivery date

Online Orders

  • Refund method: Full refund to your original payment method
  • Return window: 30 days from the delivery date
  • Return shipping: Paid by the customer
  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchange Policy

We are happy to exchange any item for another product of the same, similar, or different style of equal value within 30 days of purchase, as long as the original item meets our return condition requirements (see below).

  • If the new item is of greater value, you will be asked to pay the difference.
  • If the new item is of lesser value, the difference will be issued as store credit.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Items that have been altered, used, damaged, or degraded are not eligible for refund or exchange. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Chipped, cracked, or broken ceramics
  • Unraveled, stained, burned, or otherwise tarnished rugs, pillows, foutas, or linens
  • Broken woven baskets
  • Bent, cracked, or tarnished lamps and chandeliers
  • Any missing pieces from an item set
  • Any other tarnished or damaged product subject to the Kamsah Return Policy

Items that have been altered, damaged, or degraded may be eligible for repair, at the discretion of Kamsah's staff. Please email us before returning so we can advise on the best path forward.


Final Sale Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange — unless the item arrives damaged.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@kamsah.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos of the damaged item
  3. Clear photos of the original packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@kamsah.com with "Return" in the subject line
  2. Include your order number and the reason for the return
  3. We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and the return shipping address
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable and insured method — Kamsah is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund (online orders) or store credit (in-store orders) will be issued within 5–7 business days
