Shipping & Return Policy
Kamsah takes great pride in the quality and uniqueness of the products offered to our customers, yet we know that sometimes those items need to be returned, to be placed into other caring hands or accent other cozy households.
- For online purchases, customers will have 30 days from the shipping date to return the items purchased for a full refund, provided that the product is in pristine condition and hasn't been damaged in use or while shipped back to Kamsah.
- Shipping cost for returned items that have been purchased online is the responsibility of the customer.
- For any other return inquiry, we encourage you to contact us here: firstname.lastname@example.org , please put "Return" in the subject line and explain your issue and someone from Kamsah will get in touch with you to help you with your return inquiry.
Customers may return all items purchased in-store within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase and be issued a store credit for the full amount, so long as the products have not been altered, damaged or degraded. Such damage includes but is not limited to: chipped and cracked ceramics, unraveled, stained, burned or otherwise tarnished rugs, pillows, foutas or linens, broken woven baskets, bent, cracked, or tarnished lamps and chandeliers, any missing pieces of any item set, or any other tarnished products subjected to the Kamsah return policy.
Products that have been altered, damaged or degraded may be eligible for repair, at the discrepancy of Kamsah’s staff.
Kasmah will also accept returns of items purchased online at Kamsah.com for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase and offer customers a store credit for the full amount of the purchase price. Those customers wishing to return items remotely will be required to pay return shipping to Kamsah’s Malibu location on Cross Creek Road and items must be postmarked within thirty days of purchase.
Shipping is free for orders of $200 or more, domestic US only.
At Kamsah, we take great pride in the way we pad and package our products so they safely find their way to our clients' homes. We ship using the services of the major small parcel carriers; FedEx, UPS and USPS for shipping within the US, and DHL for global shipping.
The timeline and cost of your delivery will depend on the shipping option you chose in your cart (ground, expedited, overnight) and that service is provided by the shipping carrier and not Kamsah.
Once the item leaves our location, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier and no longer between our hands.
In the (very rare instance) of a damaged item while in transit, you can request a refund from the shipping carrier. Feel free to contact us here so we can help you with this process.
All POs will ship out of Kamsah location no later than 2 business days after the order is placed.
Kamsah will accept exchanges of same, similar or different products of equal value within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase, unless the item that the customer desires to be exchanged has been altered, damaged or degraded as stated in the above Kamsah Return Policy.
